I have never dealt with such an unprofessional person. The sarcasm, disrespect for unique situations and family dynamics are just a couple of the unsavory characteristics of dealing with James. He is not relatable and certainly does not represent what he boasts in his bios or overviews. My advice is to steer clear.

James showed us at least seven or eight homes that resulted in us making offers on several of them. Prices and bidding wars were insane, and we had given up finding a house before the start of the new school year. I even called James and told him that we'd tried and failed. Being retired Navy myself, I should have known that James would not take failure as an option! The very next day he called and told us about a house he was selling that the buyer had backed out of at the last minute. We looked at pictures of the property and met up with him that day to take a tour. Even though it was listed for slightly higher than our price range, my wife loved many of the things about the home and we made an offer. The sellers accepted and we closed in less than thirty days! We were able to move in the weekend before school started and my son loves going to Lakes Community High. James knows his business and will work tirelessly to help you in any way he can.
